Bouldering is as much about culture as it is about climbing. Retro set out to create a gym with a strong identity, one that felt fresh, energetic, and instantly recognisable within Sydney’s growing climbing scene. The challenge was to design a brand that went beyond fitness, capturing the lifestyle, community, and playful spirit of bouldering while giving the gym a distinctive personality.
